This page describes what Spanish to English collects from readers and why.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics, added through Google Site Kit, to count visits. It sets cookies in your browser. We use the resulting figures to see which articles people read and which ones need work. Nothing in that data is used to contact you.
Comments
When you submit the comment form, the site stores the name, the email address and the comment text you typed into it. The name and comment may appear publicly on the article once a moderator approves them. The email address is not published; it stays with the comment record so we can tell separate commenters apart and follow up on a reported error.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not use your email address for mailings.
Removing your comment
Ask through the comment form under the same article. Say which comment is yours and that you want it removed, and we will delete it along with the name and email stored with it.
